How much would it cost per night to rv camp from Oct. 27, 2012 through Nov. 2, 2012? Also we would like to be by the river. After looking at the map it looks like site 15, 14, or 13 would be by the river. Is that correct?

We stayed here June 16-18. What an AWESOME place. The campsites are shaded with beautiful trees, full hook ups, site for campfire, close to the water, bathrooms are clean and secure. The owners are AWESOME. They are available at any time and yet you don't know they are there - all at the same time. They are friendly and treat you like you are the only guest they have. Could not have been more pleased with our experience. Thank you SO MUCH !!!

My family began camping in the late 70's. This is the campground we stayed at every year until the late 80's we always loved it there. We were told that you were no longer in business. I am so glad that this is not true. we plan to visit again soon

Our family stayed here on St. Patricks Day weekend and we loved it! My father-in-law liked it so much when we stayed, he spent his honeymoon weekend here last month, and I am on the website now getting ready to make reservations for 2 more trips for us all for this summer! This campground is family friendly, clean, and pet friendly. The owners are fabulous and made us feel like family as soon as we walked in the door of the office. The Mountaineer really is a great place to stay!

We have been camping here for years! By far the best campground in the smokies!
